2024 AMBA Annual General Meeting

The Australian Multiple Birth Association is excited to extend a warm welcome to all our members, volunteers, and members of our multiple-birth community to join us for the meeting.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• ask questions about the operations and finances of AMBA

• speak about any items on the agenda.

At the meeting, Members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

• ratify the host of the next convention

• appoint a patron

• appoint an auditor.

Members were asked to vote online to:

• pass any proposed resolutions

• elect directors.

All member-clubs have been invited to participate in the AGM either through the appointment of a delegate who will be attending in person, or by the provision of proxy authority. Member-clubs were asked to provide proxy details within the online form provided in the Notice of Meeting email sent to member-clubs on 28 September 2024.
